Beautiful courtyard with a relaxing atmosphere.
The room I was given was disappointing-a musty cave-like space with dim lighting. I specifically requested an upstairs room, but due to low occupancy, I was informed that only downstairs accommodations were available. This lack of communication and consideration left me feeling frustrated and misled.

The location was excellent and great for traveling around Puebla, adjacent to the main square in Puebla and the historical center, next to Museo El Amparo and Mexico. The room was large, there were television, a writing table, and an iron. The staff was helpful and amicable at all times.
All good.

It was just a good match for a weekend stopover in Puebla with excellent value for money. The staff was quick to help with any questions I had, made things easier. Try to understand how the door locks work before you leave your room.

The room I had was nice and quiet, and I loved that I could stream free Netflix during the rainy evenings. It was great to just lounge by the pool and enjoy the peaceful garden area for some chill time. The only downside was that the room could have used a little more light, but overall, it was perfect for unwinding. 🌿

Solo traveler paradise
The location was fantastic I could walk to so many places and the staff were friendly and helped me find local restaurants. I appreciated the quiet room at the back of the hotel it let me have peaceful nights without disturbance.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable given the amenities.
